The hotel was conveniently located close to a shopping mall and not too far from the airport. the wireless internet connection was fast and reliable.

The hotel was not well maintained and seemed very old. The rooms were dark and cold, making it difficult to work or relax.

Only 3 parking places and of course always occupied. The rest of the guests have to park on the street. Furniture did not change since '70. Water smells like comes directly from the swimming pool. Old 3 pieces of air condition devices, partially broken, size of 1,5 length inside the room :) Rooms only for smokers, even though there is a theoretically possibility to choose a non smoking room. Restaurant only for smokers, connected with night club - you can hear all, even if you don't want to. Breakfast very poor, only toast bread, no healthy food. Some tomatoes stuffed with dressing, some paprika stuffed with some mayonnaise cream but no cheese or ham :) Only 2 tables available, the rest of the restaurant is dark. Room service not existing, for the food ordered to the room I was called to come down and pick it up. Dirty dishes remain till morning. To the bill is automatically added bread, even though was not ordered and not eaten. Four stars is a mistake, even one star is a mistake. Price extremely high like for Romania.

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. Delicious and abundant breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommended by colleagues.

Some toiletries are not provided in the room and must be taken from reception.

The room was very spacious, clean, it had a very comfortable bed in which I could rest after the journey to Craiova. I had a great breakfast in the morning. All the dishes were very tasteful and from abundance. The staff was very helpful, starting from the front desk, continuing with the cleaning staff and the one from the restaurant. This hotel has been recommended from my other colleagues which have stayed here. I have read the reviews of this hotel and they are not true, I do not understand why the people has to be so mean... I have solicited four stars services and they have offered me four stars services. It is hard to accept that someone could write such malicious comments if it really stayed in this hotel...

The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping center and airport. I must admit that the Christmas decorations were pretty nice and created a festive mood. The Wi-Fi connection also worked well.

The room looked quite dated and needed some refurbishment. The bed was uncomfortable and squeaked with every movement.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by this hotel's cleanliness and facilities. The parking was free and convenient. Plus, the proximity to the city's main commercial mall was a real perk. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very pleasant.

Nothing not to love.
